Does anyone here do 3run/parkour? If you do, post some pictures or vidoes and we can share some tips and all. (Oh and also tell me if you want to find out what freerunning (3run) and parkour is)

Why do you call it 3run? It is also called free running, city jumping and freestyle running. I dont do this myself but i think it is a really cool sport. How old are you by the way?

Me and my friends do some parkour, but we live in a "village" :P There only 3-4 places to jump from.

yeah I prefer freerunnig (parkours to much for me right now). I dont know why I say 3run..

I'm a wuss, i dont do that stuff, i always think twice... and i hate it...

im a tad of a free runner, im nothing special but my obvious is tip is when landing from high places bend your knee's and duck roll. Other than that nothing :P.

Nice video, I can do tons of things and I have only gone to lessons three times

I've tried it, broke an arm, forgot about it.

But I watch my friends do it all the time. One of them is very good.
