Well guys made a banner for TMA. Cons and pros please, thank you.

red light lines are distracting, not coming from the sun thing and tori is blurred

doesnt exactly shout "MODELING" to me.

The rest of the joints should be as crisp and clean as the head of the Tori. Also, there are some ani-aliasing issues going on around the Tori.

Oh, and red lines be hurtin' mah head.

Change the theme completely, its not going with the modeling.
Proposition:
- prepare to work on new banner more then 10 min.
- go Google some images of fashion magazines to get the idea
- make a mock up front page of a fashion magazine
- big TMA letters for a mock up magazine will just complete the whole picture
- render some tori (some neat set) + add some article headings that represent your org

You gonna have nice banner.
Try that or stick to current ''we are the blurriest'' banner.
