Now I'm quite new to Toribash, I've been playing for around 3 - 4 days and am now a blue belt.

I bought 2 items in the ToriShop on this site. I believe it was a DQ ring and a relaxed colors set. Neither have shown up in-game.

I've seen a lot of threads about this, but all of them we're solved with waiting like 5 - 10 minutes or just using the download command (/dl 'name here') however none of those things have worked for me.

I've waited around 3 hours, I've played like 30 matches online, probably more and I've closed and re-opened Toribash multiple times...

I'd really appreciate and help/advice anyone could give me on this.

I'll give you a tip:
Go to directory, you have tori installed in, find folder called custom and open it.
Now find folder called like your nick and just remove it (with closed game).
If done, open tb again and login.
Your items will be downloaded again and appear ingame.
I made same thing again and it helps (with problem with flame, but item is item).

Make sure your items are activated. They're activated from here.
