How do I display a head I have made in the forums WITHOUT using in-game screenshots?

Download gimp, open the head and then go to filters -> animation -> spinning globe
set up the frames(I usually make it 60) and save as a .gif file.
There was a tutorial for this, but I can't find it...
art board mods: if they dont understand it its not cnc
