Anyways, I think that if we put stricter requirements (like, at least 3 posts per week, higher belt requirement, higher skill requirements, etc.) then noobs won't make applications (if they bother to read the requirements, of course. People that don't read, will be posting applications either way). Imo, right now our clan isn't pro enough and need some new perspective members. That's why I think we should give people a better opportunity getting in. But that's just my oppinion.
Noob posts can be anoying but can just as easily be ignored. if they dont qualify,we dont need to answer and thats their own problem.
Also its hard to judge someone on their posts. but 3 posts a week should be reasonable. it gives you a post per day % of just beneath 50%. but we might need to start looking at when someone have joined toribash? that combined with posts per day % is a good indication of how active someone is. in forum at least. and if it is not a new member.
Another thing. IMO you join toribash to play toribash. then you realise there are clans. then you realise there is a forum. then you start making friends and posting in forums, then only do you start becoming active. Take me for example. I did not use the forums until I joined VorteX, and then I was already member for a year. i think my first post was in vortex.
