Downloads don't work

hmm not shore why, my work.
if the problems persist with someone else
ill see whats to be done.

Unable to load mod C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/Downloads/Parkour_City_A.tbm.

well i have tried it on a version of toribash that doesent have the mod and it works.
wait for a wile until someone posts something and of they cant dl it then ill try to reupload it.
but if someone else can dl it then there is no problem with the upload.

Must just be my pc. Oh well.
