Think about it like this:
Queens on (for example) 4 , all hatches on 5, 'next base' on tilde (or w/e) (3 hotkeys)

That's 4 actions, plus two per hatch, each hatch takes less than half a second (if practiced a bit)
Your method:
Each hatch individually from 5-0 (6 hotkeys)

Also if you're saying that hotkeying the queens is a waste of hotkeys, you shouldn't be hotkeying your hatcheries individually.
