My personal recipe:

Take a slice of bread and put it on a microwaveable plate preferably made of glass,

Put a slice of cheese on it,

Pour some hot sauce on the cheese,

Get a can of mayo tuna flakes,

Put a lump of it in the centre of the cheese and mix it with the hot sauce a little,

Drizzle some olive oil onto it,

Cover it with another slice of cheese

Cover that with another slice of bread,

Put the whole thing in the microwave,

Microwave it on medium for a minute or two.

Take the whole thing out.

Enjoy!

(warning, hot)

(another warning, some people's stomach might not be able to take it)

yeah... I made it for lunch one day with whatever crap I had in the fridge.

Nope. Normal ones.

They are a perfect diet if you don't want to increase fats in your body.
