But i cant see other mods in the list like marcus
Wouldn't they planning to add moderators on the list? since only admin, clan mods, GMs, Market Squad and SMods are listed.

Probably not. There are too many boards to list every local moderator. If you want to see who's a local moderator of each section, look at the bottom of the forum display for that particular (sub)forum.

Local moderators and ninjas (hidden admins(to put it simply)) aren't listed. Instead local moderators are listed in the specific board they moderate. Ninjas aren't listed so they may remain anonymous.

Hmm... anonymous... ninja... is there a connection here? Nah, probably not.

Only moderators who belong to a certain group like Market Squad, SMod, GM, Admin have bold names.
