Did you use aftereffects or something? If so, for which part? I'm guessing the blue lights at the top where made in it. Also nice way of using a sphere with a glass material to expand like that.
The whole setup looks empty and boring. Looks like you made it in a hurry and spent the rest of the time on the animation. Not good.
Also notice how you made both the distortion sphere AND the explosion of items happen at the same time, making the items appear before the blast.
Notice how your red ball stops completely after it's flipped? Try to make it slowly sway around , barely noticeable but it makes it more alive.
Also why did you type your nick in the thread title? We can see the nick clear enough.
