Its is pretty much c&p but i like it it flows together, but what i would reccomend is making
the design in the middle bigger and a different color so it flows with the rest.

Try removing drop shadows, making text bigger and using overlay option (PhotoShop). 7/10 so far.
Do it with style or don't even bother doing it.

yea the text is way too small.
decrease the shadow near the 'dark' text.
