It all depends though, the weapon of choices, skills, spells, guilds, characters etcetc.

The guy said they literally handcrafted 10-20 mile fucking map, I mean come on. Bethesda's artists are amazing, as well as everyone else that works there. The guy said they are doing as much as literally possible to have Skyrim be like real life, with tons of detail, customization, and basically just as realistic as possible. They are working their asses off, and they said they started to work on it right after Fallout 3.
In other words, don't be worried. I'm sure if you are disappointed by this game, you are an idiot, or you don't enjoy these types of games. Even those die-hard call of duty and battlefield fans will play Skyrim, it's just one of those games you have to play no matter what.

Yeah i guess, well i love the games, atleast from morrowind.
Ofcourse the game will be good, i have no doubts by that
But devs have a habit doing everything visually apealing these days with a total of maybe 40hours gameplay at most.
They seem to forget what the "oldschool gamers" want, duke nukem, prime example.
I dont want it to mainstream.
Bethesta overall never disapointed me ever though :3
But sometime must be the first time.

Oh, that is far smaller than Daggerfall... Well, I guess it is obvious that they would not try to compete with that size. Is it smaller than Morrowind too? Besides it isn't so much the size of it, it is how much it covers. Morrowind had coastal area, lush jungles, barren cliffs, ash wastes etc. Even though Oblivion was "more realistic" it was less interesting.
Sadly customization, detail, and realism do not make a good game.
Let's hope this will be more than just a pretty picture.
