You need a yes from at lest 1 leader but if you get 2 no's from leaders then you are rejected.

im greenbelt, im good ingame, awesome at replays, even if i lose i always have style, i can do art if you want but am only a slightly above average artist and dont have very much time for art, i have been in a few clans but they have all died, i have a infraction for useless posts and my main is banned(duh), oh and i have lotsa experience in clans... and im from South Africa
