More importantly, no qi costs 750k - 1 mil. ;) I'll diss USA with ash about it later. As for now, unless he can market like 1handclap, missuse, aakash, or zazo, it's highly doubtable that he got it without buying tc.

I believe that after you buy anything from the marketeers that has the "no qi" restriction, once they send it to your account, you have to have the "qi" to be able to trade it to any other player. Am I correct?
