I have noticed the recent activity, in-game performance and dediction towards the clan from both KD (kanden666) and Shakky.

With trust, I award KD and Shakky with the power of Recruiting and testing members.

This will hopefully boost the chances of getting more members too.

Would regular members be allowed to "test" hopefuls we meet in game, and forward them to you if we think they're decent?

A good example of what I think you mean, Totentag, would be:

If you're in the queue, and you see someone playing. He/she is clanless, preferably black belt or above, using non-noobish moves, speaks English, and is nice towards other members... then say something like "<name>, I notice you're clanless and you are pretty good. If you're interested in joining a clan, then please check out the [iCU] board on the forums."

That's a good way.
But, I think for now, we will leave it to Shakky and KD.

For all other members, if you see someone good with the specifications which I gave above, then write their name down and report here with it. Then, we shall hunt 'em down.

Well, what I meant particularly was if someone were to see me in a queue and ask if they can join. Is it alright if I say "I'll fight you, and if I think you're good, I'll tell 2Bash about you and he'll find you."
