How big do signatures have to be at max, how big can you make them and can't Fish just fix it so he doesn't have to replace all the over-sized signatures all the time?

If you were fish you wouldn't want to resize their sigs. He has to do what he did to kat to so many people, and thats a lot of work and effort.
