Do you mean the RFID chip? Because thats what the "rumor" is about. Rockefeller's grandson brought up the idea, and it was shot down, nor could it be possible. Quit with the mental retardation people.

For a little clarification of what Hyde so excellently said, RFID chips give you an ID. Oh no! Fortunately, any human brain is far too complex to be controlled directly at the time being. Oh yes! Brainwashing can work, but you don't need a microchip for that. Oh my!
That said though, it only takes one completely deranged leader to spark a world war, and that's fucking terrifying. Hitler was one man, look what he caused.
