It is complete not-symetrical.
Do this:
Select the Selection tool.
Select Rectangle
Select the half of the image (any part you want left or right)
Right click and select layer via cut.
Delete your other half layer
Duplicate the layer you have previously selected and cut
Left click on your layer
Click Duplicate layer
Press Cntl+T and select flip horizontal
Then move the layer you flipped into the empty area
Voila!
