Topic: We could do with a forum sweep/cleanup and a clan sweep/cleanup.

Due to many inactive people we need to warn them and then kick them. Give them Two Weeks Max to ensure that they are active or not, and then kick.

In regards to the forum cleanup, we have too many spam threads. I also feel that we have too many sticky threads.

Another Problem is that some new members are not reading the threads to see where to post.

We should also check of the same type of thread before making a duplicate. (ie. The Timezone Threads)

Utilizing threads is one thing we all need to do. As in, use threads like these more often, also know what each thread does.
Talking about utilizing, we should utilize the IRC. Here
We need more CC (Constructive Criticisms), when criticizing please make sure you tell the person how to improve.
We all should also improve our overall grammar and punctuation.
I also feel that sometimes the poor grammar makes the posts awfully hard to understand.

One more thing ynvaser needs to vary the tags

TL; DR Less spam, improve grammar, stop spam threads, nuff said. Also please sticky this thread.
