I'm on a different computer and am trying to download TB, but when I try to open the setup, an error pops-up saying it was unable to **** because the files are corrupted (**** = random stuff about not being able). I have tried running it, letting it load and open, and I've tried saving then opening, both end in same evil files. Reason pl0x? Solution even moar pl0x?

Hold shift then delete the file, let go of shift, then re-download.

Hmm... if you downloaded the game from http://www.toribash.com/ , reinstalled it 5 times and it still doesn't work, then, I really don't know what can you do. Maybe go on IRC and ask to a developper to help you out.

What OS is this on? Are you using an administrator account? Does the computer do this with any other files that you know of?

This is windows, and I believe it's an administrator account, and I do not know if it has this problem with any other files. I do know that it is considerably slow for loading anything at all practically (took about 20 minutes to load a game on addictinggames.com). I asked my grandfather if he had experienced any trouble downloading files lately or ever (it's his pc) and he said that he hadn't, other than it being slow.

2. The specific wording of the error is: The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program.
3. I searched more on this and found something saying that I need to change the application of something? How do I do this?

Checked for virusses recently? A big lump of malware will slow the PC down, and might (possibly) play havoc with certain types of files.

Edit: Don't entirely know what you mean by "change the application of something", to be honest.
