My Internet Sucks
So, for a week, the modem wasn't working and we had to replace it. Now it took a long time for my bro to stop procrastinating and set up the router. Now that he FINALLY set it up, every 10 minutes, the internet stops working and I have to click Connect again... It's annoying. What should I do?

I have a Windows XP and the router is a Lynksys WRT54G

check if you have a program called "Port Magic" installed.


if so, uninstall it. it resets some wireless routers occasionally

I'm 14 and I'm a sound technician and an animations director... And I've called help lines plenty of times, they could care less how old you are, as long as you're polit, clear, and repeat things a lot. Everything should go fine.

And I've heard that the router you use is teh suckzorz. =P

You said your modem broke or something? Can you have your parent call your ISP for a replacement? Even if they aren't tech savvy, they should at least be able to do that.

(Isn't Toribash rated T for teen?)
(Don't you have to be 13 years of age or older to sign up on the forums?)
(Should I really have such an avatar with a child on the forums?)
