[TEX]Better shading(I'm practicing with the new "technique")

What do you think?
Am I got better now?
I'm practiced and nao I see something went better in my technique"
CNC Please and give me tips
See my mug , it'll probably turn the flowers black
it's better then your last one that's true...
i would do the plates a bit bigger and the shaded parts(lighter/darker parts) a bit smaller...they seem to be quite big...the eyes...don't realy fit in...and the yellow part between the eyes should be a dark gray :3
the rest is quite good, even though too i would brighten up a bit the shadows and add some yellow glow here and there

I dont get THE new technique. The shading doesn't look realistic, if that's what you were up to. I suggest making the shadows plain dark grey colours, with straight lines.

What is wrong with airbrush? That's like saying, don't use your feet for walking, use your hands, it's cooler and makes you look more professional.

Made with airbrush

the light direction is alright.

That's just confusing. You could have said something such as "You have one clear light source. Light obviously is coming from the top. That's nice."
But that's wrong. The light direction isn't alright with this head. The facial area seems to have it's own source of light somewhere. So does the back area. and to be honest, this doesn't have a single clear light source at all.

work a little more

That's very weird way of saying "Work A LOT more on it"

From the last head of your's this is a great improvement, but you still however need to learn how light reacts with objects and where it is coming from.
Doxxy has made a nice tutorial to get you new guys into a flying start.

Keep on practicing and get better!

thanks aerox,
you strangely helped me.

for his experience, I think he should make it more solid,
that is a reason of normal brush, or fuzzy brush,
it is really hard to make solid shading with
airbrush working with mouse.

that is just an advice

EDIT:
helping you a little more.
Made with airbrush, and selections.

the image is all yours

ask me for the secret,
I can tell you

The image does not look very realistic but nothing a little practice does not help

Well , this is pretty much the same as you're usual heads.
I don't see a new ''technique'' in this head.
It does look nice though, but please stop making plate on plate textures.

I only liked the Crystal.
And the eyes are pretty far away from each other.
