It isn't global rank, It's belt rank. You see it here: http://forum.toribash.com/tori.php

So, like the rank 1337 isn't the ingame one, but the one in your user card. You can see your user card in the shop in the top of the forums. Click "shop", and you should see your usercard. A user card is something like

That is my user card. The rank that the achievments wants is the one in your usercard, not ingame. It is located beside your name.

And your rank is 5791 if I'm right. 7 and 1 looks alike. Anyway, you need around 1.4k rank to get that achievments. Hope this helps
