If you didn't make them yourself, then no.

You can sell whatever you've made yourself as long as you think it'll get sold and if you've made it yourself.

I make avatars and sigs for fun sometimes, then sell them later...Of course with a note that I can adde the name of the buyer.

I think you'll be okay as long as you've made the work yourself.
