Which forum is the best to post on? I'm new to the forums... I'm trying to get more but I'm not sure on where. I posted a post and got an infraction only because it was on the wrong forum.

First of all, threads like this don't go in discussion. The beginner's sanctuary is much more fitting, I'll move this there. Secondly, read the threads at the top of the forum, they'll explain the rules and purpose of the forum.

If your aim is to get posts, I'd recommend joining a clan or some organisations. Discussion is good for serious debate and offtopic is good for slightly more lenient discussion.
If you like art then you can give constructive criticism and discuss art pieces in the art board.
