Hm, not very bad, not going to rate though. I'm going to give you some helpfull tips at parkour.
Don't start running untill 10 first frames have passed, it will make your tori contract with ground (so you don't slip)
Always try shift+space so you do more detailed moves.
Use as much as relaxed joints as possible, they add more smoovness and speed.
When running, use your chest to change derection and lumbar to ballence (staing on your feet is important)
When climbing, before grabing the wall, contract ur wrist, when griped, extend, and you'll see that it magicaly pulls you up,
