How to use Smart Camera
hey i tried to type /fh ingame, and there says /smartcamera or /sc
i tried to use it but i cant, so can you tell me how?

Why not just use Free-Camera, instead?
Press 2 on your keyboard to enable Free-Camera.
I've got no idea what Smart-Camera is, but it doesn't seem to be very widely used.

try /smc for smooth camera

/sc turns on smart camera, try updating to the latest beta
