Seriouspost: Your pass is encrypted in the databases, even the admins can't get at it. It's the same with any popular forum software, like phpBB or this one, vBulletin. Admins can reset it, though.

FYI, vBulletin also uses salts.

1 salt means that your attempts to decode the hash can take several hundred times longer. ;p

Really now, it's not that simple as just throwing it in "ReverseThisMD5.org" and getting somebody's password.

I suggest you people learn cryptography.

md5 is weak now, sure, but it still works with some updates to its usage.
