What do you mean outside forum? But I'm sure Viper wants to be official but its not that easy!! you pay 50k to apply for official, if it is rejected they return 25k and we have too apply next time again!! :/

Unless I'm mistaken Viper earlier said that they had an outside forum they use to discuss apps and what not.
And I know how the clan application process works, that wasn't what I was asking. I was asking future plans, essentially.
