These kinds of clans are fun for the first few weeks before the lack of strictness isn't appreciated anymore and members go wild :/ I had to learn the hard way (point in case, the 1st Fission) I'd recommend you don't leave the clan, or have any more thoughts of leaving because AFAIK this is the second time you've considered the prospect. You've built a great clan and now just need to shape it in for the long run. Get rid of inactive people, help out the good ones struggling, and forget about the goons and the crappy update.


I also recommend a cat 'o nine tails to use as your control-maintaining whip. I find it unusually effective.
