[Video] Midnight Decay.
"...and you thought my posts were long...meh, The Lord Of The Rings was like 12 hours all totaled, and those were good right?"

This is Midnight Decay. Its a movie I made and I am hoping you will watch it and let me know what you think.

I don't know what else to say about it, except, I misspelled a name or two in the opening credits. Also there is a replay by Botto and one by Zentradi, but I forgot to put them in the credits

Also, I have not yet uploaded an HQ version of the video because the HQ version is about 2G in size, if a few people ask I will do it though.

O.K. here it is. It is 8.37 minutes long, so only click the link if you habe the time

Rate/Comment/Defame/Adore/Slander is appreciated

Oh yeah, the music is as follows, in play order
"Green Bird." From Cowboy Bebop.
"Stem/Long Stem" By D.J. Shadow.
"Midnight in a perfect world." By DJ Shadow.
"Track 5 from the Canada project." Adeem.

Not bad for a first video, there are some things i like to point out though

Make sure you adjust the clip length after changing the velocity ( 1:30 for example, the clip repeats itself.

Fade out after a clip and fade in for the next one, the transitions are way smoother if you do. Vegas has some cool default transitions as well that can easily be changed to your needs.

you can change the speed velocity multiple times during a clip ( I'm assuming you are using sony vegas ) if you double click the green velocity line, this way its easier to sinc to the music.

Its good to give credit to the people involved, but the long list might have been better if placed in the end.

I dont know how you recorded the replays, but if it was fraps set the frames to 60, looks smoother and the average speed of the replay goes up.
( Sorry if your comp cant take that :P )

All in all you did a good job and if you take some of those advices into consideration, i bet you are able to make really cool videos in the future

If you have any questions about Sony Vegas, feel free to drop me a pm (after watching the intro again i'm certain you did use vegas ;)

So yea...rating.... lets say a 6.5/10
<Alan> lol, rutz, it might be cool to smell your ass all the time you touch the mic
