So pretty much its like survival of the fittest whoever loses gets kicked an wins stays

How many are you expecting to keep? At least, would a form of seeding be present so that you won't pit the better-skilled players against each other off the bat and cut into the talent pool too deeply?

Wait seriously? Ten best replays...Mister, not to argue, but this plan is pretty rediculous. You can just get those replays from the replay thread. Or make a sticky saying "Post your best replays here". Don't start kicking high belts out, bad idea. :/
