Howdy folks! I am Chikinsoop the Mighty! Just kidding. My name is Murphy L. and I would very much like to join this clan.
I'm a 17 years young lad hailing from the port of Charleston, South Carolina. I am proud to say that I am currently in the foundation building stages of an MMA MMO, and it is all thanks to Toribash.
I began playing this game quite recently, after having some personal issues and a run in with the wrong side of the law. I'm telling you all this because I wish it to be known that I truly think myself reformed from such experiences. They have matured to levels above and beyond what I once knew.
I haven't exactly had the grandest of lives, but it is still mine and I'm happy for it. I dropped out of high school my freshman year. I immediately got a job and pretended to do online school to avoid repercussions from being 15 and not in school. The moment I turned 17 I quit the online school and began searching for a way to enjoy myself.
I have always been the tech. savvy type, and so it was with great pleasure that I found my first software development opportunity. I just recently finished developing and designing a child support calculator program with a local lawyer in my area. It was a good job and very educational, but it also made me understand that I really do NOT enjoy such repetitiveness.
Endless lines of code one after another on and on..... It was mind numbing. That is what led me to toribash, and then to my idea for an MMA MMO.
Anyway I'm rambling, so I'll get to the point. I wish to join Phantom, not because I think you guys are popular, or the best ever. I wish to join because, I have never in my time playing online, had an unpleasant match or conversation with a Phantom member. I consider me and Downstem to be as good of friends as possible having never met in reality. I have also spoken to Azure and played against him a number of times, although he has a tendency to idle :P
I implore you to study, judge and question me to your heart's content. I am confident you will find me acceptable.
