First Turn:
Relax all
Contract left pecs
Extend Right Pecs
Right rotate chest
Contract both hips
Second Turn(50 frames later):
Extend right hip
Left Rotate chest
Extend left elbow
Extend left wrist
Space it and u should be doing a sweep kick,if this doesn't work please tell me on this thread and ill find out what went wrong,also note that u should use the gluts depending on where the enemy is.
