Okay so basically i need enough Tc to buy decent things for my tori such as items and a name change , but obviously that's quite expensive, the name change alone is 100k, so i'm wondering...Is it possible/allowed to transfer a US $20psn card for 200k? or is this a bit risky , or a bit stupid..?

It's obviously possible to change your psn card for 200k however it will probably be difficult to find some one to give you 200k for it. It's obviously risky and a bit stupid, but so long as you take precautions, like telling them to send TC first, and not giving them the TC early, you should be fine.
For example I have a $20 Ultimate Game Card I can't use, I've been contacted by one person, however the game he wanted wasn't supported.

Oh okay, i thought it'd be a little bit iffy so if the time ever came that i could make TC from it i'd have to go for them sending TC first or something like they send tc to a GM and then i send the code or something , ya know to be more safe or something.

Iknow , but it could be used by someone who owns a playstation . Reselling it would be quite unfathomable so i'd obviously only offer it to those who own one , and i know quite a few on TB so i'll see what happens. thanks for the feedback btw
