The video felt too slow for such music.
Make sure you didn't mess with the audio levels in Sony Vegas, the track doesn't sound alright, but it may be just me.

Sounds like there's too much bass to me
Don't add lens flares for the entire replay, if any. It sat there, static, as the camera moved positions where the sun wasn't visible.
Bad CC on the second replay. You made good effort to sync the replays, but the camera was in un-interesting areas so it had little effect.
