Allways keep in mind off your glutes and lumbar
even maybie chest (not the best to use in a run)
Lumbar relaxing can make you tillt with the run
making some extra ballance and extra mommentum
your glutes will help you the most
like for example, your about to tipp over to the right
then you get your right glute and bend it left
then relax, this will make the leg tillt to the direction
where you can simply contract your hip and make another stepp.
also try to use pecs and allways try to get your elbows contracted
so they are easier to manouver.
i would also suggest not to bother moving chest at all under an run
iff you just use the tipps above, you shouldent be needing to use it
like for example, in a sharp turning on an parkour mod, that would be easier to use chest/lumbars/glutes.
also try practiceing different starters for an runn
make some off your own upp
whatever you choose
allways relax and hold, it makes the most
realistick fealing.
and dont extend arms ore legs, it makes an twitching fealing
and will look unrealistick
also, never ever grab, it will make everything for example,
in an spar and your about to turn to your opponent
and suddenly grab him, it would ruin most off the realism
making an ''harsh'' movement,
so try not to use grab in an spar,
in parkour u can use it however much you want
since you need to get around/over/under objekts
