You should sharpen your pencil, then learn how to shade. Its not hard once u start, you just need practice.

On the dragon there are a few... anatomy problems, but i guess that is less important then the quality at this point.

You need to learn to draw faster and with shading, if you want to improve the best thing to do is draw lots, and lots.

The most important thing when you're drawing is proportion. The trick to this, is to outline basic shapes, and then keep erasing and tweaking the outline until you've got it right. From there, you can do what you want, since everyone does the rest their own way.
