On the wii lately it can take me up to 30 minutes to find a game on regular toribash this doesn't happen to me. Is it my internet, or is nobody on?

My guess is that no one plays toribash on wii, it's just complete shit imo.
But then again , i could be wrong.

Try restarting you Wii then clean the CD that should help

Toribash for wii is not a cd its a download from the wii store.

wii itself is failure

I would assume not many people play on the wii considering for the computer all you need is a working laptop or desktop, and you are all set.
