Guys my point is replay makers aren't so pro and sht. Uke just stands there. if u can do that stuff online your pro. And I want YOUR opinion on this. Not getting stuck on me with the blue belt thing.
Well then please read what Oracle actually said (highlight in case you tunnel vision past the rest of this), because he basically didn't mention belts at all. In fact, he provided several excellent points as to why replay makers are every bit as pro as good online players. Now since you mention getting stuck on things, please consider looking away from the fact that Uke is stationary, and start considering exactly how difficult it actually is to pull off some of the things that people do pull off. In fact, try it. It's not NEARLY as easy as you seem to think it is.
Besides that, comparing the two is a moot point to begin with. It's like comparing boxers to parkour runners, and then saying the parkour runners suck because the buildings don't move. You can be a pro boxer, and you can be a pro parkour runner. Hell, you can be both at the same time, there are a fair few members in ORMO who are also very capable online players.
BUT PLEASE DO NOT
USE PRO AS A BLANKET TERM
Because a pro online player is NOT automatically a pro replay maker, and vice versa. Online play is about having a good opener and being able to adapt and predict as the match progresses, whereas replay making is more about knowing what to do to accomplish what you want to do in a visually impressive manner. Once again, please try your hand at it before senselessly declaring it to not be hard or pro or whatever, because by your logic, you should easily be able to make replays good enough to impress most of the community.
If you feel extremely confident, try making three replays and apply for ORMO membership. I guarantee you'll be judged fairly, but it will not be easy.
