Ended up doing a different head but had to stop cause something came up.. Will continue later.

it's fine, I like it! Brown neck looks odd in flat but on round preview it looks good. My criticism would be, the eye iris' are unproportionally too big for a grow human and you should make them more round.

I'd also prefer more high defined eyes and and probably eyelids to really give it that HQ feeling, maybe a bit more quality / definition on eyebrows too.

Well, now he looks not like fool but you should work on nose part and... where is eyelashes? :O

good job on the nose.
the proportions are ok, what mess the head mostly is the blurry shading,
try to define more, use orange a little, it makes a good appeal.
