Um, if you have some TCs and it's a low amount, you always gotta change maxvalue to 0 (unlimited) or a high number of TC
Oh yeah, maybe you can rip somebody off to pay a lot for it. Meanwhile, I'm doing a considerably honest trade here and don't rip people off)
