for every one who doesn't know what Counter Strike is: Counter Strike is a Mod for the popular game Half Life. It's a FPS game wich is verry popular.

When you started the game go to find servers>favorites>click right mouse button>click add server by ip> fill this ip in.

Yeah! Counter-strike 1.6 rox even thought it doesn't have SUPAH graphix etc. I still love it... if you need servers ask me, I will give you couple.(Europe tho')

no you dont need a steam acaunt. you8 just download it and then patch it with the non steam patch and then you can play

Why would Valve 'approve' a download of a game still for sale?

This isn't approved by Valve, and I'd like to see where you got this information.

hmmm if you see it that way. i dont know what it is with the law in your country but here it is legal to download any uploaded file if that file is legal by him self.( so not child porn or such things). so for me yes it is legal but i dont know what it is for you
