Well, some items are QI restricted to 10,000, which means if you don't have that QI, you cant even have the item in your deactivated. This suggestion I'm bringing up would allow users to have QI restricted items in there inventory, just wouldn't let them activate it without the QI the item needs. Discuss!

The reason why I personally think buying QI is wrong is the same reason hacking your level on any game is wrong and thats because its cheating your QI is meant to be a badge of honor and a proof of skill. Buying just removes the need for playing the game.
