Id like to know if anyone sells tc currently with good rates?
Preferably 1USD/ 9k

Try to ask JstuffMARS, imapirate or iRookie as they are frequent TC sellers.
Dragon and Fatulbrown both had pretty good rates but they run out of TC very fast and sell rarely.
I am a frequent TC seller as well and I always have some TC in stock, but you will not like my rates (I'm selling for 7k/USD)

No i dont like those rates of yours, but i understand why they are like that.
Imapirates rates are worse. Being 1usd/ 6k.
Fatul is broke.
Havent tried jsnuff, dragon or rookie yet.
