The whole thing with flames is difficult, i searched how the forge one ages ago and it seemed impossible for someone like me.

And for those who don't know http://forum.toribash.com/showthread.php?t=447602 here is a link to the "Achievement unlocked" event so people can actually benefit to their teams they chose, i don't see many people participating in it.

Very much achievements have been finished already, because an achievement can only be finished by one player of the team and not multiple times.
