If you're elo is really 1385, you need to be happy your rank is 80k.
When you make an acount, your elo is at 1600, when you win a game you get like 1 up and lose like 2 down.
And your elo isn't the same as your rank, that's normal. Cause elo is ony useable for rank steal, when you got more elo and worse rank, you get his rank, that's how it works. But because there's probably nobody else with elo 1300, you will never do a rank steal...
