DJYap and I were very glad to have gotten Leader ranks, but after a week, our original Leader left, we are trying to hold onto the clan, but there are two absent Leaders left, they weren't contributing, they simply sat on the Leader rank and weren't really doing anything at all, and I am afraid that one day, they will wake up to find themselves a leader of a new clan, so they mess up everything.

How do I kick those Absent Leaders if they are leaders too?
These Leaders are:

Medpax
megathom

Since their leaders, you can't really kick then yourself. So either you gotta ask them to resign or if their inactive, contact a clan mod about this.

PM a Clan Mod and convince them to remove them as leaders. You need a pretty good reason to remove them however since there's a possibility they'll come back.
