Allright now, got this idea from the gore games one.

And please when you post the scariest game in your opinion, have some reasons why.

Mine is Silent Hill 2, chose this because it actually is scary, a town full of monsters, moments of hysteric anticipation, disturbing images and sounds, and of course many many dark creepy places to go

Resident Evil 2. I played it when I was about 8 or so and it was terrifying at the time

I've never tried Resident Evil, or any of the Silent Hill games, so I'm going to go with Penumbra: Overture, or Penumbra: Black Plague.

Anyways, scariest game i've actually played would probably be Doom 3. I generally
avoid horror games, because quite frankly, i hate getting scared.

You guys should try "PENUMBRA:overture" and "PENUMBRA:black plague"

Animal Crossing. The neighbors just watch you while you sleep. Some of them even have this creepy smile on. It's creepy as all hell. T_T

On topic, Silent Hill.

I'm scared as HELL of that game. When I TRY to play it, I can't even make myself to the door when the first monster attacks.

Half-Life 2's Ravenholm was enough scary to me.
Mostly because my friend laughed so damn loud when I accidentally went to some place full of zombies.

I agree with this statement.. Some parts when you are on the building and the fast zombies were crawling up the pipes and you heard a clinking noise.. but didn't know what it was.. and BAM.. scare the shit out of me sometimes.
