pay with paypal but gave me tc
USD 9.95 in paypal page. redirected me to the store but did not give me the TC, I went to paypal to see if I pay and says if page saying -9.95 Completed

I would be inclined to e-mail [email protected] or contact an admin in such a case, you're likely to get a quicker response. You could also try joining IRC's #support to get the issue sorted by any admins online.
